Reignite Bonus Program Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Mercedes-Benz USA are pleased to announce a Reignite Bonus. To be eligible for the Reignite Bonus, customers must have had a prior MBFS lease agreement or retail installment sales contract financed by MBFS on a Mercedes-Benz vehicle and must have exercised their lease purchase option or paid off their retail contract, as applicable, between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022. Additionally, we are expanding the eligibility criteria for the Reignite Bonus to include customers who have had a prior MBFS lease agreement or retail installment sales contract and suffered a vehicle total loss due to the effects of the hurricane and enter into a new lease agreement or retail installment sales contract through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Eligible customers that enter into a new lease agreement or retail installment sales contract through MBFS for a select new 2024/2025 Mercedes-Benz ICE model or EQ model, dated October 1, 2024 through January 2, 2025 will receive a Reignite Bonus towards their new lease or new retail purchase, with the Reignite Bonus Amount varying depending on the model vehicle leased or financed, as indicated in the chart below. Reignite Bonus Program Guidelines: Prior Lease Purchase Date or Retail Vehicle Payoff Date: January 1, 2021 through, December 31, 2022New Contract Type: MBFS Lease Agreement or Retail Installment Sales Contract financed by MBFSTier: All Credit Tiers, based on Mercedes-Benz Financial Services credit approval Contract Eligibility: To be eligible for the Reignite Bonus, customers must have had a prior MBFS lease or retail installment contract, and exercised their lease purchase option or paid off their retail contract on that vehicle, as applicable, between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022. Business accounts are not eligible for this program. New finance/lease documentation must reflect the same customer name and/or address as the old lease agreement. Offer is not transferrable. Contracts written in the dealership name will not be eligible. Reignite Bonus must be disclosed on the new contract.o For new Standard Leases, the Reignite Bonus must be disclosed in section 5b, either in the Rebates and Noncash Credits line or in a blank line as MB Credits, and applied as a Capital Cost Reduction and/or against other Amounts Due at Lease Signing or Delivery. Multiple MB bonus programs being applied may be combined on either line, if applicable. For Single Pay Leases, the bonus may be applied to Amounts Due at Lease Signing, but not as a Capitalized Cost Reduction. Program Eligibility: All Credit Tiers, based on MBFS approval. Customers are not pre-approved and are subject to MBFS credit approval. MBFS lease agreements and MBFS retail installment sales contracts must be dated and creditapplications must be submitted between October 1, 2024 through January 2, 2025 and received by MBFS for booking no later than January 9, 2025. This program may be used in conjunction with Mercedes Incentive Bonus (MIB), Loyalty Accelerator Program (LAP), Affinity Program, Preferred Employer Program (PEP), Single Pay Lease, GAP Certificates,Lease Bonus Cash, Special Lease Rates and Special Retail Rates effective between October 1, 2024 through January 2, 2025. Ex-CVPs are only eligible for this program if utilizing New Car rate programs. CPO and Pre-Owned rate programs are not compatible with this Reignite Bonus program. This program is not combinable with any of the following programs: Star Loyalty Bonus Program for Maturing Active Lease and Lease Extension Accounts, EDD, Small Fleet Program, Corporate Sales Incentive Program (CSIP), DE1/DE1+, MBDEAL, Employee Purchase, Non-Compliant vehicle sales (NC), Conquest Programs, Multiple Security Deposit Program and any CPO Program. Reignite Bonus may be subject to future audit and chargeback if program eligibility requirements are not met. Reimbursement Process: Once an eligible contract is booked by the MBFS Business Center and the vehicle has been DDRd in Netstar as a New or ex-CVP vehicle, with New vehicle car program, in accordance with the 10 days, a report will be generated prompting the payment of the Reignite Bonus through MSS. Payments will be made twice a month and may be viewed on a VIN level in the Claim History section of MSS. If payment is not received within 60 days of booking, a MSS inquiry will need to be submitted for review. All other MSS policies apply.

The amount you pay at signing to finalize a lease contract and drive the car off the lot. It usually includes the first month’s lease payment, capitalized cost reduction, documentation fees charged by the dealer, an acquisition fee charged by the leasing company, sales tax and various state registration fees.
The predicted wholesale value of your car at the end of the lease. Residual Value is often expressed as a percentage of the vehicle’s MSRP and is always non-negotiable.
The length of the contract, loan, or lease. Typically measured in months.
Non-negotiable fee, charged by the lease company or bank, for processing a lease.
A standard, non-negotiable fee communicated at lease inception and collected when the vehicle is returned. The fee, which can range from $300 to $600 depending on the manufacturer, is used to cover expenses associated with reselling the vehicle, including reconditioning and auction fees. If you purchase the vehicle at lease end, you will typically not be charged the fee although you may be charged a comparable purchase option fee. Most manufacturers will waive the lease disposition fee if you lease or purchase a new vehicle from the same brand at the end of the lease term.
At the end of a lease term, the lessee has the option to purchase the vehicle at the pre-determined residual value of the vehicle plus, typically, an additional $300 to $600 fee called the Purchase Option Fee.
The maximum number of miles a lease vehicle can be driven per year without incurring a penalty. You can usually pay for additional miles at the start of a lease for significantly less than the penalty you would incur for the same miles at the end of the lease.
